Does PSA send you reasons why they grade something?

For instance, if you send in some cards or tickets and they come back let's say a 7 or 8 and you can't find one thing wrong with it, will they let you know why? Do they say this card had a soft right corners or that ticket has lost 5% of it's gloss. Just wondering cause I've encountered a few people now who were displeased with their grades but don't sem to know why.

It's a corporate secret, so that when you send it back in for the bump you won't know which one they deleted
Actually telling customers why their card received the grade it did takes too much time given that they only spend 30-60 seconds grading each card.
Remember, PSA makes their money on volume, not customer service....
Try shooting 12 rounds accurately from a 6 round revolver in 30 seconds sounds next to impossible, but it is actually pretty easy. Try holding your breath for 30 seconds most people will not make it more than 15 and it will seem like an eternity.

I just got back 2 cards that I hoped would be 8's, but I figured they were both more likely 7's. One came back 9, the other only 5. I believe that I now own the worst-looking 9 ever and the best-looking 5. There is just no figuring this stuff out due to the inherint subjectivity of card grading. This isn't just PSA, though. The same can be said for all grading companies. To be fair, though, I've never submitted to any other company so I don't know if they provide explanations with their grades.

That's the first thing I thought of. But I recall in the most recent PSA publication Joe Orlando wrote that a 4 is the highest grade a card with a wrinkle can receive. Perhaps I'm wrong about that.

That would insinuate that PSA uses a 10x loupe to grade cards, which they do not.
I'd bet its a surface wrinkle or bubble too, but visible under a normal light looking at the card at an angle.

Perhaps he said that, but I've gotten a lot of 5's because of a hairline crease. It's the first thing I look for, too.
