Topps O-Pee-Chee Question

I just got my bump submission back today. One of the cards that did not get a bump was labeled Topps and PSA changed it to O-Pee-Chee. The card says "TOPPS" above the card number and "T.C.G" at the bottom. It also says "Printed in Canada". Does the fact that is says "Printed in Canada" make it O-Pee-Chee? It does not say O-Pee-Chee anywhere on the card.

Yes, "Printed in Canada" makes it and OPC.

If it didn't get a bump and was just fixed it should be a "mechanial error" and should be re-holdered free of charge. I would be looking for a voucher, it was their mistake in the first place.

Not sure if a voucher is in order here, the card was sent in for review, was reviewed
and in the course of the review was found that it had been originally mislabeled.

Notice this 1965 OPC also has "T.C.G PTD. IN CANADA" on the reverse.

P.S. Man! Were those 1965 Angels bad or what?, It was the "one man team" of Jim Fregosi (pretty bad when he lead the team in 1965 with just 69 RBIs, only 14 home runs, and Fregosi lead the team with a batting averaqge of .277 in 1965, yikes!) ...
