I have to imagine if you're coming to the PSA board, that you're looking to confirm PSA as your choice. I'm fairly new myself. People are nice here, but I can't imagine you're looking for an objective opinion on that question. It's like asking an American what the greatest country in the world is. Look, each of the three major companies has their own merit. I recommend trying them all yourself and making your own decision.
To be honest, I say PSA holds the most value overall while BGS probably has the best value out of modern ( mostly 2000-present). I only own one, but it seems like SGC is the way to go as far as pre war cards (all the series like t206, t211, etc.).
ask the PSA boards = most will say PSA ask the BGS boards = most will say BGS ask the SGC boards = most will say SGC ask the net54 boards = most will say SGC
Why don't you go join a corvette or camaro forum and ask whats a better car a corvette or camaro or a mustang and see what they say.

I would adjust your scale a little. I would say SGC and PSA for 40's and 50's and PRO for lining the bird cage
