Sets for sale...again.

Was looking at some sets for sale on ebay and this guy is selling what looks like the same sets again that went in early January. There was feedback for them etc. and his rating is OK. Just looks fishy and wanted some of your thoughts. I have emailed him but no response yet. Seller i.d. bh92503. Thanks in advance.

Got a fast reply:
I refunded all money and pay pal expenses to the original buyers because I wasn't happy with the sets. I went to a couple of dealers and they told me my sets, as they were at the time, weren't worth as much as people had bid for them. So I did the right thing. I contacted the buyers, explained to them that they weren't getting their money's worth. I've since spent the last two months upgrading the sets, both commons and stars, and now I'm very happy with what I'm selling.

I have asked him why a buyer of the 1966,1967, and 1969 sets gave him + feedback and now they are back up for sale.......If the buyer liked them why do you have them back??????
