Bribery to get 5 stars in May?

I just saw this from a powerseller in the middle of his description.
I think he's trying to get a head start to get as close to his 5 starts as possible
to save or whatever happens to powersellers in May. Oh, it's "gograded", the bozo
who sells all PGI cards and other graded garbage.
I thought it was funny, but is this going to be a trend? Incentive or bribery;
whatever you want to call.... I think I'll have to start giving out packs of Durex
and dirty change with every order.
How will you know who gave you 5 stars on each? If you're averaging 4.5 on all categories,
and someone leaves a 5, will it go up to 4.6 or 4.7? Does it work on an average, or
some other type of system?
