If so, is the coupon valid on a single item or multiple items (i.e. one purchase via PayPal from multiple sellers)?

My wife just got a $ 10.00 off on a purchase over fifty bucks redemption code e-mail for her account.

Meg told me she hates rube, but how come I got zippo for my two eBay accounts? How the heck do they decide who gets this stuff?

This sucks! I have been on Ebay and Paypal for 8+ years and not once have I ever received a coupon or discount code that I read about out here! I gotta start complaining more or something!
