I remember Piedmont and Sweet Caporal, Old Mill and Polar Bear backs among others, but I can't recall the back of a T-206 that tells why the card is rare.
The seller is a stinkin' scammer. Probably owes money to his local bookie and needs to pay quickly. He's hoping some rich sucker out there will think the seller misjudged the card, and that it actually is real. The scammers only mistake is asking too much money for the card. There are coutless scammers on ebay who scam people out of some money from suckers who think they might get a real Wagner for a couple hundred bucks. But his scammer will probably learn - he'll price his scam auctions cheaper next time.
This is a Honus Wagner Tobacco card replica. "While other cards may be scarcer(about 20 exist), none is more valuable. Honus Wagner who was anti-smoking, did not want anyone to buy tobacco products just to obtain his picture on card. He legally forcd the tobacco firms to take his card off the market, but some cards got into circulaton."
His impeccable grammar and spelling convince me that this auction is legit. Oh, and the zero feedback...................you figure it out.

A little to much off center for my taste!!!
This example for sale on Ebay is actually from a legit reprint set. So,
The OP is correct in that regard.
