Should I go ahead and relist?

Here's the deal. I listed a ton of cards last week on Ebay and thought I would go ahead and sell this IPod shuffle we have. It was a buy it now and was bought by someone with 1 feedback. That was my mistake for not adjusting it so it wouldn't happen. I have a pay by 7 days or at least contact me if you can't in that amount of time. Today is the 7th day. I've tried to get a hold of this person several times and still no answer. Should I just go ahead and relist it or wait? Thanks.
