Postage scale recommendations... and shipping service

Okay, I'm tired of standing in line at the Post Office. Any recommendations on a postal scale? Do you guys use Paypal shipping or go to usps.com and print from there? I see you get free del. confirmation when you use Paypal shipping.

When you do your labeling at home you can walk into the Post Office and just get a tellers attention hand it over the counter and out you go. Never wait in a line again!
Unless you ship something registered or insured for over $500 US then back in line you go

TNbanker- I bought that same scale at radio shack a while back.
<< <i>You can mail stuff larger than 13 ounces using those prepaid postage items as well. You just can't use plain old postage stamps. I'm guessing it is due to some accountability concerns if you just put on stamps. >>
The 13 ounces was a kneejerk reaction to 9/11. Originally we weren't allowed to pick up any parcels at all on our routes, now there's only a few things that will trigger a response. Over 13 oz with stamps is one of those things.
