These were put up when Ebay ran a listing special last Wednesday. Any auction for .20 which is quite a deal because a card with a starting bid from $50.00- $99.99 would normally cost $2.20. Then what is normally done is the seller can go back and edit the title , picture and description, which in effect holds a bunch of listing places at a real cheap price to list more cards throughout the week. I guess they never bothered to put other cards up. If you have the product but no time at the moment it is a excellent way to save listing fees on Ebay when they throw up one of their specials. Ebay normally give you no lead time when they run these specials.
Doing that is also against Ebay rules.. Ebay does not allow signpost or place holder auctions. You are also only limited to 15 of the same items running at one time unless you have dutch listings going.
Its like the guy a couple of weeks ago who had 35 of the 2007 Topps Chrome Michael Vick cards there are only "suppoused" to be 50 that got released.
Buys cards for 30.00 one week and than 2 months later puts all his 30.00 purchases in his store for 90.00. Everything he buys will find its way back on Ebay again with a price twice what he paid for it to start on his auctions. Flippin' flipper
