Scans of raw cards purchased at Houston Tri Star Show.........

A few asked to see some scans so here they are. Up first is one of the graded cards I bought. Absolutely love this card.

Centering should get you the .5 on most of them! Nice.

Nice Robinson. That's one of my all time favorites. That's a solid 9 without the print spots that usually plague even many of the 9s I see.
  • Nice cards.......................to bad they're ALL trimmed.

No no no! I bought these IN Houston, not from somebody who lives in Houston.

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

Great cards, especially that Mota. Tough tough card in that condition from the semi-high series, which I think should be more valuable than the high number series.

Thanks......the 64's and 65's are especially nice, props to Flintboy for uncovering those.

Disagree on the 63's. The Tresh is a nice 7 and McBean should 8 under normal circumstances.

I picked up most of these for 20-30% off high Beckett.

  • So you paid 70-80% OF Beckett high price for these? The Tresh can probably get a 7 but I'd be very surprised if the McBean gets an 8 with those top 2 corners(especially top left). Time will tell, maybe the centering will carry the McBean to an 8.
