OK, WTH

A big box of coins that the person starting the tag sends out to someone. That someone takes out coins that they want and replaces them with coins of equal or greater value and sends out the box to the next person. So on and so forth and back to the person that started the tag.

That is about the most simple definition I can come up with.

I prefer the tags to swaps because you get to make the choices and the dollar limit isn't set. The last tag I took a gorgeous seated dollar and some toned Morgans while in other tags I've hardly taken anything.
