Cracked PSa Slabs - affect value?

I have these three PSA cards, they're all cracked. The Phil Roof is badly cracked on the bottom (literally with a piece of the slab missing), the Tom Hausman only has a small crack, and the Boggs has a small piece of the slab missing on the right side.

Are these worthless?

Thanks.

Cards don't seem to be affected. You can send them back to PSA for reslabbing, I think for $5/each.

Thanks Mike. They ont even sell for $5 each so I'm wondering if I should just list them for $1.00 BIN or something?

The cards themselves are not affected at all, but I'm wondering if a potential buyer would think I messed with the slabs (as opposed to them being damaged in shipping, like they were).

'76 Topps baseball PSA 8s routinely sell for $2-$4 on ebay including shipping (and I doubt the Boggs stickercard goes for much more). Disclose in a listing that the slab is damaged. Considering that it would likely not be worth someone's while to crack such a slab to resubmit the card, let alone to insert an inferior card, these are not things buyers will think you're a cheater for.

I wouldn't think that a buyer would think that you messed with the slabs. Like you said, these are dollar cards, not hundreds of dollar cards. Cracked slabs are not that unusual, I would just make sure to mention in the auction(s) that the slabs have been damaged. I have a few myself that I need to send back to PSA...luckily the cards are worth the $5 investment.

    Good luck.
  • Thanks for all the advice gentlemen.

Geez I wonder why anyone would have sent these cards to be graded in the first place? Hoping for 10's?
