This is the kind of thing that would make me go postal on an eBay seller!!!

Read what was added to the auction....this seller doesn't even deserve a warm bed in hell, he deserves worse!!!

In any event what a slimey thing to do.

For the hell of it i looked at this guys feedback, of course he made 1 prior sale (to a low feedback) buyer. I then looked at the low feedbacked buyer and of course the scammer seller and thelow feedback 'buyer' both bought from the same sellers. I bet if I could check I'd see bizlawguy bid on his Jordan 'picture' too.

<< <i>UP FOR SALE IS A MICHAEL JORDAN ROOKIE CARD GRADED MINT 9 BY PSA. I WAS BORN THE DAY MIKE WAS DRAFTED AND THIS WAS GIVEN TO BE TWO YEARS LATER, HAS SAT IN A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX SINCE. I KNOW HOW MUCH THIS IS WORTH SO I AM STARTING BID OUT LOW AND HOPE IT RISES TO WHERE IT SHOULD GO. Thanks for looking! >>

So he was given a picture of the graded Jordan back in '88?

    Sounds legit to me...

Seller did the same thing last week and sold it for $500 but forgot to put in the part about selling a picture

    ebay link ended 12/13

Also it kind of looks like the seller jstowe7209 = bizlawguy = bshawcardsandmore

Don't people realize that if they scam the wrong guy that they could end up really hurt?

Amazing! He waited for the bidding to get up to a couple hundred bucks, edits his description to say "You are bidding for a picture of this card" and ends the auction real quick to obligate the high bidder to his purchase. That's a new one to me.

Of course, if I were the winning bidder I would not pay, but the sad thing is that the seller can leave the buyer negative feedback. What an a-hole!

Hopefully the guy looked at the auction again while wondering why it ended early and never paid.

I reported it anyway, even though it ended 5 days ago

I have to agree with Karb, I'd send him a picture of a check for the money. If he left me a negative, I'd have a long discussion with eBay about his scam auctions.

    Dear deadmike247,

I'm closing my account now, and refunding money to him. Thank you.

    - jstowe7209 I asked him if the TMNT figure he was selling was for the figure or a picture of the figure like the Jordans? then I reported his sorry self to Ebay for all the fraud.
