Most Expensive Cards in the Hobby

I've been thinking about which cards are the most expensive cards to acquire in a reasonable grade. For instance, a 1952 Mantle in PSA 7 sells for around $35k. Other cards I can think of that top this are the T206 Wagner and the 1933 Goudey Lajoie. I'm not talking about PSA 10 commons from 1958 that sell for $25k. That's just arrogance competing against arrogance which create those prices. What other cards top the $20k mark?

I don't remember what the last 1935 National Chicle Nagurski PSA 8 sold for, but it may have been more than $20k.

Also, the Anonymous (Jim Dunlop) N302 1894 Mayo football card would likely sell for > $20k in PSA 3, maybe even in PSA 2.

I forgot to add:

The N162 Goodwin Champions Harry Beecher card probably would bring over $20k in high grade. A PSA 5 recently sold for around $8000, including BP. There are 3 PSA 7's and 4 PSA 8's out there -- I'll bet the 8's would be over $20k, and maybe the 7's too.
