I was going through some old stamps and found this. It's blank on the outside and has 2 rows of 5 stamps on the inside. It is also printed on the inside about aids research. Were they all blank on the outside.(I can't remember why I put it away)

    I don't remember this stamp either. You're asking about the outside 'holder'
    not having any printing or color?

    yes it is a book of stamps. I put it away in 1993 and when I found it I couldn't remember why. the outside of the book has the printing error

    Well the only one I can find in the Scott Catalog has printing on the outside and I see no note about a blank booklet so maybe you have an error.

    Didn't some booklets that came from vending and/or ATMs have blank covers? I may be thinking of something else though.

    That's what I was thinking. The types of vending machines that are in drugstores etc. Except I thought
    they weren't usually full books...kind of made exact postage, sometimes loose between the blank outsides.
