Take a look at this sellers listing titles. Is this what is meant by keyword spamming?
Ebay Items for sale

Are they really this stupid, or are they destroying the dollar on purpose?

Yes, especially the one that says "bar coins silver" when he's selling a gold piece. Reported.

sometimes, it seems that ebay doesn't care (doesn't act on) reports of keyword spamming

Ahhhh. Ol Goldy. This guy made it to the forums before.

He or she was selling Indian gold with pics from CoinFacts.

I asked for a reverse pic, never produced one.

Also added to my block list.

To me something like : "such and such a coin PCI MS65 not NGC PCGS" or similar designed to come up on searches is keyword spamming and it really gripes me.
I'd rather be lucky than good.
