Question about population report totals

If the total of a certain cards pop is 10 and if you add up all the cards graded equal 9 and the pop report only goes up to psa 8, Does that mean there is a card graded higher than PSA 8 but not listed? Could it be just a mistake? Thanks all Spazzy

    Cards graded Auth show up in the total for a card but not the line with number grades. Say on an older card, the pop might be a 5 but only 3 have gotten actual grades.

    It could be either things, too...like a PSA 4 MK.....PSA only breaks out the qualified cards for PSA 9, PSA 8, etc....it does not break out qualified, lower-grade cards.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
