Are others having paypal problems when trying to pay someone for a coin off BST?

Paypal seems to crash or come up with some error when I just try to pay someone directly (with a credit card). If I pay from an ebay auction it works fine.

That's what I was thinking. I bet it would work if I did a bank account transfer. Shouldn't there be laws against that or something?
