    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    More importantly, did you see the prices of the homes listed on the sidebar of the article? I live in the Bay Area and I think I might be able to pay cash for some of the listings. 4 bedrooms for under $300K! I would have to live next to a crack whore and circus carney to get that kind of place for that price.

    I live in Texas and my home is 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms 2 baths and a den for under $150,000. I don't know how you guys in So Cal do it.

    Not to change direction of the thread but Cali has a lot of very great reasons which make us figure out creative ways to live here!
