Credit Where Credit Is Due: Joe Orlando

I'm not exactly a cheerleader for PSA, nor any other company, but I believe in giving credit where it's due. And in this case, that's Joe Orlando.
I had an item that was autographed by several athletes which I wanted authenticated by PSA. Some of the signatures were not on the PSA list, so I had to contact to find out about appropriate fees. I e-mailed with the details, but after waiting several days without response, I called; I was told I would receive an answer that day or the next at latest. No response.
I sent Joe a brief e-mail concerning this & received a response within 30 minutes, on a Sunday night no less(!). He told me I would be contacted on Monday morning & to call him if there were further delays.
At 9:01 (California time) Monday morning, I received an e-mail with the information I had originally requested. At noon I received a follow-up phone call to make sure I had received the e-mail.
That, in my humble opinion, is impressive. If you order through Amazon & have a problem & e-mail Jeff Bezos, what are the odds he will e-mail back (let alone on a Sunday night). Meg? Forget it.
I don't own stock in PSA and, again, I'm nobody's cheerleader, but credit where credit is due & all that...
