The right border is tilted like crazy but hardly tilted on the left border. Also, the right border from the middle of the card upwards is very very suspicious.

    That is pretty bad. I have a few cards that have been returned as MC, that I still can't put my finger on as to why. They are nowhere near as obvious as that one.

    Its probably just an optical illusion, or graded by someone who had one too many drinks during lunch.
