  I believe PSA did something along these lines with Emmitt during his Run With History. I couldn't find one on eBay, but I am sure LMM can confirm.

  Beckett has been doing something like that for ages, offerring people the option to pay extra to buy a relic chunk and have it slabbed with their card.
  
  I hadn't heard of PSA doing it before, but looking at the back of the flip it sure doesn't shock me that Topps was partner to it.

  Wasn't that something Topps did a few years back as a redemption or something?

  Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

  I have seen these before. I believe some of these come from the Topps Vault. Its legit, just not the most crafty product Topps could put together.
