Snowball's chance its Authentic? Roger Maris Signature

Any chance this is authentic? It is not exactly like the few Maris sigs I have seen on cards, but it has some characteristics. It came from a seller who had several vintage cards signed that looked authentic. The signature looks vintage and I didn't know if a clubhouse would be that close to the actual signature. Anyways let me know what you think, even though I know what I am going to hear.

I think it's worth a shot. There are several major keys to his auto that yours seems to have. Namely both "R's" and the "G" in Roger. The "A" and to some degree the "M" in Maris.

The signature is fluid enough and the keys are pronounced enough to give it a shot.

I challenge anyone to write their own signature 50 times in a row...each attempt will start to show key similarities with the others and many unique traits as well.

Put it in an Ebay auction so you can get a PSA opinion for 7.00.
After you get your opinion, pull the auction...

sombody pop a big pic of a real one on here, i know with sid luckman in fb its hard to get anything of his slabbed real that he did when he was older, i have a 50 bowman one he signed 50+ years ago when he was a kid,mine looks nothing like his sig later in life,cant tell anything from the avatar pic too small looks like ryan euario too me lol

here is a vintage Maris auto. he did sign his M different back in the day but that one looks very bad.

earlycalguy, that one you posted it different than most I have seen, also different that airjoedan's avatar. I don't think it looks like the typical clean Maris sig, but the only thing that throws me from saying it is fake for sure is that it is a vintage sig that has some of the characteristics of a Maris sig. Most fake vintage sigs are either by kids and nothing like the player or they are clubhouse. I might do the quick opinion thing just in case.

the maris I posted is a playing days signature. the aviator one is how Maris signed post playing days. the main change is the 'M'.

I noticed the "S" on this one is a bit like the one on my card.

The "R" on this one has the loop.

Still unsure on this one, but like I said I might try the quick opinion on it.

The I has a circle above it....on the op's card, you can see the circle very faintly...it has faded. I think it's a legit sig. Cool!!
