Are there any boxes from the 70's that you're dreaming of, but can't quite pull the trigger?

I check the BBC Exchange's site at least once a week, once every few days.

His 70's Topps hockey boxes are luring me in, but I can't quite pull the trigger.

A case fresh 76/77 box....

I'd buy it to put it away (it was $300 in 99/00). Maybe crack some of it eventually.

What box is luring you in and talking to you? What is it saying?

I have two of those boxes. Not for sale though. I bought them for $18.00 each a long time ago. I am very surprised I never had the urge to open them considering I have opened quite a bit of all sports.

  • That 75/76 box is sweet. I've never even bought a pack from that year.

Its probably the 3rd tougest box from 71 to 80. 1st being 71/72, then 73/74, then that. I wouldn't be suprised to see those boxes dry up in the next 3-5 years. You wonder how long you'll keep having a shot at getting some of these.

1977 Topps, but I can't find anyone that 1) has one and 2) I can trust.

    Also, 1978 Topps.
