Those '63 rookies have a hard time because of the red circles and color loss as well as ink spots, the top corners withstanding, I think you have a nice looking 6, maybe a 7 on a great day.

next time scan it with the cover on your scanner up, and the lights off, the cards corners will show up better

The centering on the card is great but it has 'touches' on both upper corners - so I'm guessing 6.

But, ya never know?

I second the motion about redoing your scan. Scan it with a black background so that you can see the card better. Turn off the lights and leave the scanner lid up.

With the scan the way it is, I would say 7.

I'm saying based upon some early flaking and the surface problems around the red borders. PSA eats this card up for those reasons all the time.
