  • The auction clearly states that the pic's used are of a file photo. I hope you didn't expect to get graded cards for that price. You always must read the whole auction description. Good luck.
  • I would certainly email the buyer and ask for a refund. Although he states in his auction that the cards he has scanned are not the ones you would win in the auction, I would consider this a pretty shady trading practice. If he is worth anything, he would issue you a refund and save his "reputation" for $20.50

    I'm confused.

You were expecting 22 PSA graded cards for $20.50?

You would have then celebrated getting over on the seller?

    You deserve each other.

    Loves me some shiny!

    Baggy-
That sucks and I understand your disappointment, however that is really not his fault. He explained it in the auction. I would just laugh it off and go on. Better yet shread the cards in strips and send them back to him telling him thanks for the awesome cards.

A $20 lesson learned is cheap.

    enjoy collecting- Shane

  • Ryan,
When you buy off Ebay you always run the risk of not getting what you pay for. I am suprised you have not been disappointed before, you must have a good eye for auctions. I have been ripped several times before where the cards don't live up to the sellers description and a few times where I have just been taken in. I just take it as a learning lesson and try to be more careful. I have learned always read the description before bidding. There is an old adage "one man's junk is another man's treasure" maybe the seller thought he was really sending you nice cards. In saying this I know I would have been pissed as well. Good luck with your future Ebay purchases. Jim
