Profile icons

Does anyone know how to create a new profile icon? I was looking through the names of the hundreds of icons to choose from, but didn't see any for "Chief Wahoo", for the Cleveland Indians. I'd like to set my icon picture to that, but haven't a clue as to how to do that. Any help with this would be appreciated! Go Tribe!

But then it took me 2 hours to figure out how to shrink some of my pics to fit the required size . . .

Right click and "save picture as" to your hard drive. You can do a simple resizing with MS paint using the "sketch/skew" option which will resize by percentage, leaving the proportions intact. Only caveat is that you must figure out the percentage and resize only once. If you resize multiple times, you will lose resolution.

Here's the two of them resized to easily fit the icon requirement - if those don't fit - just save these to "my pics" and then on icon upload day - when ya go to "browse" - it will go to "your pics" and you can upload the one you want.
