  Seller wants $150 for it. Claims her father was a big Ruth fan. Won't accept paypal payment as she claims she doesn't own a CC. But you need a CC to sign up for ebay right? If it is real it would be a greart deal.

  Nope.. If she is a new seller then she has to either accept Paypal or have her own credit card processor or she cannot even sell.
