Lowest graded card getting a qualifier

What is the lowest graded card anyone has had or seen that received a qualifier? I've seen 7's that have had "st" or "oc", but I'm not sure of any 6's or less receiving qualifiers. Maybe the "mk" qualifier on lower grades?

<< <i>But isn't PSA 1 supposed to be the lowest grade? If so, what's the point of a qualifier? It's like calling it a PSA 0.5 or something.
Some qualifiers appear regardless of the numerical grade assigned, MK being one of them. If there are pen/pencil marks on the card...it will be denoted as such with a qualifier, independent of the technical grade on the rest of the card.
