Please note the new shipping and handling fees effective September 19, 2007. You will find the updated fees printed on our online submission center and soon on our printed forms. Please pay special attention to the bulk rate system below as different pricing tiers have been established.     1-8 cards went from $12.25 to $14.15. The only reason I remember that was because I sent in a small sub last month.

    Im sure the rest of the scale went up almost $2.00 as well.

    That sure is some increase!

    Great. I just put a submission in the mail to PSA yesterday with the old rates...I guess it will sit on the shelf for a few weeks now. Was there any notice about this beforehand? image

    if it was postmarked the 19th they would have to honor the old rates i would think. how were you to know that the next day they were going to raise them.

    So, does this mean that grading might be slightly delayed now, with the s/h price increase?

    Does this affect the few orders that are currently being processed now?

    Will those that pay the higher/new shipping price, i.e, those that submit after today, have their cards graded more quickly?
