wow, i really was not counting.. till today. 1st off they lost my cards from the front gate where george signed for them on like the 3rd of june. wow then they found them and logged them in on the 17th of july. i never called to ask any questions. ok maybe one time.lol just to make sure that my "1st" sub was not sitting in trouble pile, and it was not. i just joined the psa thinking wow this is going to help me out in the hobby having some what of discount on grading the cards i have. well i really do not think i will re-up for next year. professional? wow. i want my f@#$ing cards back. im so upset about this. i will only buy psa graded cards. i will never submit any other cards again. wow, they are so intent on having us pay up front. i really do not like that. they should not charge me untill they are done! maybe that would help move them along in the process. ok im done venting, but im still not ever submitting or re-upping. vent ...breathe...calm... don

I've been right where you are now!! FRUSTRATED!! I had the same thing happen to me about 4 months ago and I haven't sent anything to PSA since.. even though I have plenty to send!! I've actually sent a few things to SGC and things are much faster with them! PSA has some customer service issues to work out.. once they get that end of it right they will have a much better reputation with its customers... Hang in there and I hope you get some decent grades!

I emailed one of the customer service reps and they replied saying the 45 approx turn-around time is running about 55 business days for the June specials. My submission is 7/6 and I think I'm at day 48 or 49. Hopefully I'll get some poppage soon, but it appears I could be waiting until next week
With the type of special they offered in June, it figures it would take awhile to clear everything out.... it's just frustrating to see see subs logged in after mine have their grades for a couple of weeks already (and even worse to know that some of the July specials are already popping)
