Debris inside the holder

One of the cards I got back from PSA recently has some distracting dust or something inside the holder. I've already sent an email to customer service asking if they'd do something about it. Anyone ever have this problem before?

Yup. Just send it back and they will take care of it. I have got some back with hair, fingerprints and some unknown substance in the slabs

One thing I dont get is why dont they wear gloves when they know the card is going in a slab?

My last sub they put a PSA 5 card in my PSA 9 order

i got one where the PSA grader was actually slabbed inside the holder....boy was he PISSED! i gave him cab fare, he was thankful

It was nice of you to crack the holder to set him free. If you sent it back for the free reholder service the poor guy would have been stuck in there for at least a few weeks, cince turnaround time varies with demand and all!
