GAI Sheet Cut Star Jordan.....What to make of this?

Not sure about this, was going to gamble if under $300, but the buyer would not get back on my question of how the card measured up. Emailed me and said the client could not find a ruler. Has not had a negative in a while, but does not deal in cards. Possibly scamming through a consigner? The Fleer set they sold has a Jordan GEM Elite graded, but made no mention of it being slabed in the listing.
To hard to tell if the Star is Counterfeit from the poor picture.
What do you guys think?
