  These are on items over $200.00. Ebay used to block the bidder's id totally, but now they use that format.

  i think they changed their bidder identification rules. they don't want people to see the actual bidder anymore

  i noticed that the other day to when i was bidding, why does everybody have a 2 letter and some ** lol, i finally figured it out,they want to be more sercetive i suppose
