reholdering vent

just called psa regarding a card that i wanted reholdered (due to cracked slab damaged when i shipped it to a board member).

$5 reholder fee + $12.25 to ship it back = $17.25 for a card less than $10....geez

i would've been better off sending a raw card that i thought had a chance at a 10 and settling for the 9...LOL

sorry to vent, now it's out of my system. image

    i know the feeling,i have one i have to send in they put in wrong slab, 20.00 more + what ever the mail is, the psa/dna was enuff but wrong slab,thanx psa for ripping me off yet again,apprecaite it, crackheads lol

    Randy, If its their mistake it will be free of charge plus free shipping back to you. When you mail it to them, save your po receipt and contact cu when you get the card back. They will send a voucher for 1 free submission to compensate you

    good info. i didn't realize that. i've had mech errors in the past i've been out of pocket on. however, this particular incident was not psa's fault.

    Yeah they dont tell you unless you ask. Pretty poor business if you ask me.

    its too buy their island lol-you no ask , we no tell lol, i have no recipit,it was for thatya tittle rookie i had the guy auto 50 bowman in cleveland, they slabbed it wrong there on site ,graded the auto instead of the card,pretty stupid considering ya tittle was right there, hell yeah its real duh!! in blue flip instead of red for my 50 bow fb psa/dna setimageh well- (if it hadnt been for cotten eye joe , id been married a long time ago lol-comercial break)
