  Maybe he went into a hobby shop and saw Topps Sterling or Sport Kings on sale and thought today's going rate is $400/pack.

  he wants 1,000$ lol, ill sell him a whole album of nolans for that,or cals,griffeys,sosa,bonds,you name it lol-i think hes prob financially bankrupt and and nutburger of some type,reel in one sucker though... lol -dont think nobody wil fall for that one though

  haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-40,000 for a 87 topps mcgwire lmfao thats too funny-i have a pages of mcgwires on im selling for 9.99 lol,maybe he can buy em and make 250 grand,ill ask him lol,i suppose you can ask any price for something,whats a 88 topps mcgwire worth, 2.00 tops?

  The funny thing is that she did not lower the opening bid on the Ryan, Rhoden or Bo Jackson cards - the three cards mentioned on this thread. I know I am watching the Ryan (not that I have any intentions of bidding on it).
  
  I figure that Digicat is watching the Rhoden and Rube is watching the Bo Jackson, and that the seller didn't want to lower the opening bids on those three since she had people watching them.
