Is there a way(around) to contact an ebay member

I've noticed sometimes the messages get through ..... and sometimes ebay blocks them, is there a way around this???

and yes my intentions are honorable image

    If you use the Contact Member form on one of the contactee's listings (or if you know his ID you can just look him up by name), then just write a short note to contact you and be sure to NOT check the "Hide my email" button. That way the guy will see your "real" email address and most will contact you that way.

    Be careful not to mention "hot words" in your message like"

    avoid fees
    buy without posting
    screw eBay

    ...you get the picture.

    I have not seen a pattern to messages being blocked and let thru. some go thru and some don't. maybe they do have keywords that make them get blocked. obviously this person is not selling any items as using the ask seller a question key would easy
