1987 & 1989 Fleer SMR Question

Is there any unwritten rule or any way to tell how much an unlisted PSA 10 would go for in the 1987 and 1989 Fleer Basketball Sets?
In both sets, there are a lot of great players that are unlisted like Tom Chambers and Dominique Wilkins in the 1987 Set, and Michael Jordan is the only one listed in the 1989 Set so there can be quite a price range.
Anybody have any ideas??
