IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM TOPPS FOR ALL MODERN COLLECTORS...PLEASE READ!!!

Some of you know that recently I opened two hobby boxes of A&G and received nothing. So, I sent my sales receipt, a note from the store, the UPC, and one package. Topps, now a week later, graciously sent me four relic cards. Nothing spectacular, but I'm not going to complain. HOWEVER, it came with a letter stating the below text...
This letter is in response to your problem concerning our product. We are unable to comply with your request due to insufficient proof of purchase. We now require ALL of the following items from the product.
Copy of sales receipt/s
ALL WRAPPERS FROM PRODUCT
UPC from bottom of boxes
Okay, thank you Topps for being gracious to overlook this one time. BUT, this means that if this ever happens again I have to send all 24 opened wrappers along with everything else. So, I called to confirm that this was true and they said that all Topps Products, including Bowman and everything else must be dealt with in this manner.
So, for all you collectors out there, if this happens MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL THE WRAPPERS!!!

Box stated 1 RC Auto per box and I got nothing.
Now when I open packs I keep them in the wrappers until I sort them. I shoot Topps off an e-mail and get a response the next day, as I was sorting that told me to send wrappers and UPC. Glad I waited a day to sort.
I got nothing great, some 5th string Az Cardinals receiver but at least the made it right.
It also came quite quickly within 14 days of my mailing the wrappers to them.
