Both Emmitt and Aikman wisely had this clause added to their first contracts...

"Club agrees that no such spectacles of faggotry, such as, but not limited to, participation in raging displays of obscene Christmas songs sung out of tune, will be forced upon player for the the duration of his tenure with club."

It's a pretty standard clause for contracts today, but at the time, it was groundbreaking and many players looked to restructure just to have this added.

To be honest with you the " catch " dosen't bother me as much as what transpired AFTER the catch

The Boys had plenty of time to come back down and score. Drew Pearson barely got yanked down by the jersey at midfield otherwise he scores. Danny White fumbled i believe on the next play. That game really sucked lol

I agree Dave. The game was far from over. It was that Danny White's fault. That guy could'nt hold on to the ball.

May he be forever relegated to a head coaching job in the Arena League.......wait a minute
