What's the best way to store single, ungraded cards?

Top loader with sleeve? card saver? screw down?

I don't like screw downs because any thing that gets inside the holder or sleeve is being compressed against the card, unless it's loose. I use a penny sleeve, top loaders, and game bag for cards that I want to stay secure, dust free, and keep from being under too much compression. I'm no expert though, so I'm sure people will argue my opinion.

For the really expensive cards, I use the newer screwdowns that come with recessed corners and sit a little loose. Offers the same level of protection as a PSA holder if not better.

I would be wary of the older type screwdowns. I've heard many
stories of the card's surface getting stuck to the holder.

Bunchobull and Brian 48 both suggest methods that I use and they work fine. Totally agree, a lot of pressure on the card is NOT a good thing.
