I was looking for an autograph and came across this auction. Very unique item for someone that could afford it!

    Wow... 3 mill even if the authenticity were iron clad seems more than a bit optimistic to me.

    Maybe $30,000 if you had photos of him wearing it. I would think you could come up with something with him wearing it.

    Selling due to family members going into ministries????? Even if true how is that relevent to this auction. I hate when people selling outrageously cool stuff (if true) do this kind of shameless heart string tug.

    Side note here. I am part Cherokee and my grandmother is a full blood and we are from Oklahoma where Jim is basically a god.

    These types of artifacts are sacred and should IMO be sent back to the tribe. When these garments are made it is for a specific purpose and they have specfic meanings. This isn't a baseball uniform or cap, this is religous garb that should be treated with respect for both the wearer and the people it represents. I am hoping it makes it back to the people not in a museum or in a tacky Las Vegas casino.
