  Good point, but how does a buyer fare if an item is NASD? I'd be reluctant to even return an item to a thief like this, as the potential to be screwed totally is high, also. Has anyone been suceesful on a NASD claim without having to actually return the item first before receiving a refund? I've never bougt anything from this clown, but just wondering, in general.

  I checked out the three 1960 Topps cards he's got up (Mays, Mantle, Yaz), and when blown up and JRulered, the left and right edges are different lengths. Odd.

  Private bidders, Private feedback=Scam in progress. Ebay should change those rules, no private anything
