Really can't tell with that size scan...the shadows and the white background. I would guess 6 -- but so so hard to tell with that crappy Ebay scan.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

Not a good scan really, but I'd concur and say a 6.

  • Well now I know I need to get a better scanner by the comments so far. I would like some more opinions, I am going somewhere with this.

It's not the scanner. All you have to do is lift the lid and scan it while the lid is up (that is on some scanners). That's the way my first scanner was. Now, my new scanner does is with a white background unless the lights are turned off. What I do is hold a large piece of cardboard with black construction paper taped to it. I ALWAYS use a black background for scans.

  • Maybe a 4 with a pressed out crease in the top left corner, if that's not a light crease then a 6...
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

I agree, a 6 as well as long as it's not a crease in the upper left hand corner.

no grade, recolored in the black area. again it's hard to tell from the scan but it just doesn't look right on the lower right side edge.
