UP FOR BID IS A FACTORY SEALED BOX OF THE 1994 FLEER EXTRA BASES BASEBALL. THERE ARE 36 PACKS IN THIS BOX WITH EACH PACK BOASTING 1 INSERT. LOOK FOR INSERTS SUCH AS ROOKIE STANDOUTS, GAME BREAKERS, 2ND YEAR STARS, AND MAJOR LEAGUE HOPEFULS. THIS IS THE YEAR WHICH FLEER DECIDED TO TRY THE IDEA OF 33 % LARGER CARDS THINKING IT WAS THE WAY TO GO. WTF WERE THEY THINKING??? PERSONALLY I THINK THAT IT WAS AN IDIOTIC IDEA. PRETTY DECENT CARDS BUT THEY ARE LONGER THAN NORMAL CARDS. REAL BRILLIANT MARKETING THERE! HOPEFULLY YOU CAN DETECT THE SACASM HERE. JUST ONE OF THE REASONS THE COMPANY WENT BELLY UP. THEY WERE NOT IN TOUCH WITH REALITY. I WOULD CLASSIFY THEM AS MORONS BUT I WOULDNT WANT TO OFFEND ANY MORONS. EITHER WAY, A CHEAP BOX OF 36 PACKS TO PLAY WITH. I ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS MUST ADD 7 % STATE SALES TAX. IF PAYING VIA PAYPAL, YOU MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS. IF PAYING VIA MONEY ORDER, IT MUST BE A POSTAL MONEY ORDER WHICH IS AVAILABLE AT ANY POST OFFICE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS. IF YOU ARE IN ALASKA OR HAWAII, EMAIL FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.

ummm, tell us how you really felt, but this time don't pull any punches! image

I wonder if this venture was due to the GameDay tallboy football cards that won product of the year in 1992? I believe Fleer bought them out for 1993 and 1994 before retiring the brand. Perhaps they were a bit too optimistic from the accolades of the 1992 release and relatively strong sales in 1993 as they planned their 1994 baseball offerings?

What the hell was that supposed to be , The reverse Psychology Method?

Maybe there is some kinda subliminal message in the Caps ?

    Incredible sales pitch .

Fleer bought out NFL Game Day if memory serves me correct and decided to do this type of card in baseball. I alway thought the 3rd year of Game Day football has some of the best photography on it.
