Sweet Spot Redemtion questions

I called in a 2006 Sweet Spot kazmir/Willis Dual auto aobut 8-10 weeks ago. I lost my redemtion card........
Couple of questions since i dont get a lot of redemtion cards-
1st) how long does sweet spot product normally take to ship out?
2nd) at what point would you be worried about getting it?
3rd) if i do have to call them at some point to ask what the deal is, am i screwed since i lost the actual redemtion card and dont have the number anymore?

Zimmerman this year, not exactly All-Star, but not Pizza Hut yet either haha.
On the redemptions, I have had to call a bunch of times before they would eventually tell me the redemption was not going to be filled. If they tell you they will send you a replacement ask if you can chose the player from the list. They usually will not give you this choice unless you ask because many do not know about it. They have players grouped in categories kind of like Stars, Semistars, unlisted stars, etc. But sometime there will be someone much better than the others on the list or someone who has since been a breakout player. You can also switch sport if there is nobody on the list you like. I did this once with basketball for a mike dunleavy auto and the same list had Gilbert Arenas on it.
