I need some help. I had to sell a card to the second highest bidder because of a flaker. I told him if he bought it I would ship it free. Under the paypal payment details there is an option to refund payment.

My question is, if I click that option does the total payment get refunded or does it give me the option to refund however much I would like?

It gives you an option of how much you want to refund.
