Any chance I'll see my $$$ again???

Won a $95 card on EBay, and I was suspicious of this seller, but against my better judgement I went ahead and won the card. It's been about 10 days and no card, and the seller was just suspended by EBay. Paid with credit card through paypal, and have already opened a paypal claim. Any chance paypal will refund this payment? I know I can do a credit card dispute, but I don't want to get my paypal account suspended either. Thanks!

    give paypal the chance to get your money back and then go to credit card. i would not worry about having your account suspended. i've used my credit a few times for a chargeback and the've never suspended my account.

    You probably will not get any money through paypal as this crook has already been suspended and probably has no money in his account. The credit card thing is good though. You will eventually get the dough back, but who knows how.
    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
