Yet another new "competitor" in the grading business...

Maybe this has been posted before, but there is apparently another service in the market, Certified Express? 10 point scale with 1/10 decimal grades. Apparently a security feature to make all photographs of CE graded cards blurry as well.

    They even intentionally mislabel the flip. So this way, he could can sell it as the RARE 1989 Bowman Frank Thomas.

    Aaaaah. Certified Express is an old grading company that is no longer in business. Was the first grading company I used back when I didn't know any better. I still have the two from the 10 card sub. I think the Manning was graded pretty close considering that it went straight from pack to sleeve/semi-rigid holder. The McGwire with that big nasty stain, don't think so.

    He was robbed. That card is at least a 9.75.
