Yet another new "competitor" in the grading business...

Maybe this has been posted before, but there is apparently another service in the market, Certified Express? 10 point scale with 1/10 decimal grades. Apparently a security feature to make all photographs of CE graded cards blurry as well.

  • Aaaaah. Certified Express is an old grading company that is no longer in business. Was the first grading company I used back when I didn't know any better. I still have the two from the 10 card sub. I think the Manning was graded pretty close considering that it went straight from pack to sleeve/semi-rigid holder. The McGwire with that big nasty stain, don't think so.

    He was robbed. That card is at least a 9.75.
